SkekEkt the Skeksis

I was bored...its a skeksis I like Skeksis. This one is SkekEkt, the Ornamentalist Skeksis; the really girly, really wimpy one. For the note, I have no idea if those clothes colours are anywhere near correct. The screenshots I was using as reference were not very clear on the colour of his clothes. Outline is MSPaint, colouring is Photoplus, I wasn't bothered to colour it in paint and the face colouring looked best in photoplus anyway.
